Spearheading the evaluation of this year’s international competition are two titans of visual storytelling: visionary director Catherine Hardwicke and Academy Award-winning production designer Rick Carter.
The announcement underscores the festival’s rapid ascent as a premiere destination for global cinema. Hardwicke, celebrated for her raw, atmospheric direction in films like Thirteen and the cultural phenomenon Twilight, brings a keen eye for character-driven narratives.
